Kay Arnetta Tutterrow “Grandma Kay”, 80, of Hagerstown, went home to be with the Lord on February 7th, 2022 at Reid Health, after a short illness. She was surrounded by her loving family. Kay was born April 18th, 1941, to Virgil and Hazel Dillon, at home in Williamsburg, IN Kay attended and Graduated from Williamsburg High School 1959. She spent her last 10 years of employment working for the town of Hagerstown. She made many friends while working and life long friendships that she cherished. She devoted her entire being to her family. She loved nothing more than watching her kids and grandkids play sports. She considered so many more kids as her “kids and grandkids” than anyone realized. She welcomed and loved being called Grandma Kay, GK or Geeka by any and all. She was one of the biggest Hagerstown athletic supporters around. You could always count on seeing, or hearing her, there rooting on The Tigers! She enjoyed her daily walks around Hagerstown to visit with friends and neighbors. She was a devoted member of NTCC for years and loved her church and church family. One of her favorite past times was to coach IU basketball from her living room recliner! She took pride in decorating her house for every holiday and to make sure her flower beds were in pristine shape. Kay is survived by her Daughter, Lisa (Patsy) Tutterrow and Son, Randy (Michelle) Tutterrow. Grandchildren; Crystal (Kevin) Silverstein, Amber (Gabe) Bogue, Lindsey (Dane) Pipenger, Ashley (Nate) McGunegill and Courtney Tutterrow. Great-Grandchildren; Ava, Addyson, Addie Jo, Abram, Lukas and Easton. Sisters; Genevieve Kirby and Vivian Moore. One brother Al (Carol) Dillon. She has many Nieces and Nephews who she loved dearly. Kay is preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Hazel Dillon, 3 sisters Eula, Eurnita, Marcile, one brother Doyle, One nephew, Jack Moore, Great-Granddaughter, Avery, Two brother-in-laws, Gerald Smith and Dana Kirby and her life long best friend Muriel. Visitation will be 2 to 6 PM on Thursday, February 10, and 9 to 10 AM on Friday, at New Testament Church of Christ. Services will be at 10 AM on Friday, at the church. Pastor Paul Gearhardt will officiate. Burial will be in Williamsburg Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hagerstown Tiger Booster, who directly support the Hagerstown Jr. Sr. High School Athletic Department.
